Dat Level 100 Elekid

Is it sad that I have a level 100 Elekid _{caught with a Master Ball} and that it pretty much can't evolve? I love that Elekid so much..It's stuck to be a child forever!I thank my gamer buddy from high school for gifting me this precious baby from his Pokemon games.Why would he give me this..I do not even know ;u;


Anyway this is Eli,my Elekid gijinka OC who is the latest addition of the many OCs I have but still love though.
